Broken pipe closes O.C. intersection

FULLERTON, Calif. A water pipe broke on Sunday morning, sending torrents of water into the intersection. The intersection was expected to re-open by 8 p.m. Monday.

The water damaged the road, and crews were brought in to make repairs. By Sunday afternoon, water pressure was restored, but repairs are still being made on the road.

Crews are fixing any small leaks in the pipe and filling the area with dirt.
