Rialto man gunned down on Rialto sidewalk

RIALTO, Calif. On Sunday, Police responded to reports of shots fired inside the Las Palmas Apartments on the 1600 block of West Rialto Avenue. When officers arrived, they found the victim, a man in his mid-20s, lying on the sidewalk.

Witnesses say the victim, whose identity has not been released, was walking through the apartment complex when he was approached by the suspect and shot several times.

Police have no motive for the shooting at this time. Anyone with information is urged to call Rialto Police at (909) 820-2550.
