Enraged Calif. driver runs over 5 people

CASTRO VALLEY, Calif. Police say the 19-year-old man went to the Castro Valley home of a former boyfriend to retrieve the items. As he pulled into the driveway where the boyfriend was standing with four other people, including a 2-year-old boy, police say he purposely drove his car into them, then crashed through a wall of the home.

One woman suffered a broken neck, another man was hospitalized with leg injuries; the three others, including the little boy, were treated and released.

The driver fled the scene but was later caught and charged with felony assault.
