With the system, users can identify loud jets flying in and out of the three airports and report them to LAWA on its Web site.
The public will be able to use an online complaint form and identify loud airplanes by aircraft type, altitude, flight number and the originating and destination airports.
The system is available at www.lawa.org. Click on the "Noise Management" link on the left side of the page.
