Last week, jurors found the 29-year-old Hollywood guilty of kidnapping and ordering the killing of 15-year-old Nicholas Markowitz in 2000.
During the trial, prosecutors argued Hollywood snatched Markowitz from a San Fernando Valley street as part of an ongoing dispute with the teenager's half-brother, who owed Hollywood money for drugs. Markowitz was taken to Santa Barbara and eventually killed. His body was found buried in the foothills.
Hollywood has confessed to the kidnapping but denied ordering the murder. Four other men have been convicted in connection with the crime.
The case inspired the 2007 movie "Alpha Dog."
