Home raided for pot after anonymous tip

TUSTIN, Calif. According to the Tustin Police Department, members of the department's Special Investigations Unit received information about marijuana being cultivated and sold out of the house on East 1st Street near Newport Avenue.

After paying a visit to the residence they obtained a search warrant. Investigators found 300 marijuana plants and a sophisticated indoor farm, along with assault rifles and handguns.

They also found what they thought to be a suspected pipe bomb. The Orange County Sheriff's bomb squad responded and determined the device was not a bomb.

35-year-old Jeremie Johnson and 65-year-old Otha Millner were booked for marijuana cultivation charges and weapons charges.
