Fisher is the step-father and person of interest in the beating death of 6-year-old /*Dae'von Bailey*/. Dae'von was found dead inside his home last Thursday.
Police sent crews to the area and believe they also saw Fisher near the same corner and a short foot pursuit followed.
The man eluded officers near the intersection of Stanford Ave. and East 94th St.
LAPD set up a containment in the neighborhood, which is several blocks south of the home were Dae'von's body was found.
