Lengthy to-do list for Jackson hearing

LOS ANGELES It's a full slate for the handlers of the late pop star's estate, but at least one thorny issue appears to be settled.

Jackson's mother, Katherine, and his ex-wife, Deborah Rowe, have reached a custody agreement that would allow Rowe visitation. No one is expected to challenge the arrangement.

As for his estate, a person briefed on the matter says it's worth between $100 and $200 million. Attorney John Branca and music executive John McClain have temporary control over Jackson's financial matters and could leave the hearing with a firmer rein on them.

Meanwhile, questions about how the pop star died continue. In a phone interview with Fox News, Katherine Jackson said she didn't believe her son died of natural causes, saying he's "too young" for that to happen.
