Police say the men stole the car in Oklahoma back in June.
Officers ran the license plate of the car because it had a broken window, and it came up stolen.
The men reportedly told police they had met each other in a park in Washington and were just driving around, living in the stolen car.
Bail for the men has been set at $25,000.
