LYNWOOD, Calif. --
The L.A. Sheriff's Department and the District Attorney's office are investigating a fatal deputy-involved shooting in Lynwood.It happened late Friday night at a home in the 12700 block of Waldorf Drive. Witnesses say the deputy fatally shot 23-year-old Guillermo Saucedo who was allegedly showing off a gun to women at a party.
When deputies arrived they said Saucedo pulled out the gun. Deputies struggled with Saucedo to get control of the weapon. Witnesses said Saucedo gained control and pointed the gun at a deputy. That's when deputies opened fire.
Saucedo was shot multiple times. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
