Arraignment delayed in school shooting

OXNARD, Calif. Prosecutors and lawyers for /*Brandon McInerney*/ asked for a continuance to give them more time to sort through documents. The teen's arraignment is now set for August 27.

McInerney is accused of shooting and killing 15-year-old Larry King at /*E.O. Green Junior High School*/ in February 2008.

Prosecutors claim the killing was a hate crime. The victim was openly gay, and wore high heels, makeup and earrings.

The defense claims the victim sexually harassed the suspect by trying to flirt with him.
