Study: Fish can help keep brain healthy

There's more evidence fish can help keep your brain healthy.A new study found that older adults who regularly ate fish were less likely to develop dementia.

Researchers think the brain benefits come from the omega-3 fats found in oily fish like salmon, mackerel and albacore tuna.

The findings are based on the surveys of nearly 15,000 people.
