Identity of burned woman still unknown

IRVINE, Calif. Her body was discovered Saturday morning in the parking lot of a business on Kettering, near Armstrong Avenue.

Investigators say the victim appeared to have been African American and in her mid-20s. They do not believe she had ties to the business where she was found.

It's unclear when the autopsy will be completed.

Police are reviewing surveillance tape in the hope that it will yield more clues.
