Coldwater Canyon is back open to drivers
STUDIO CITY, Calif. Los Angeles Department of Water and Power officials said Coldwater Canyon Avenue - a major route through the Valley and a shortcut across the Hollywood Hills - was reopened at about 8 p.m. Saturday night.
