The magazine picked Kate Winslet as the best dressed woman on the red carpet and first lady Michelle Obama is also on the list, saying she's a fan of the clothing brand J. Crew and Americana styles.

People says it goes through thousands of photos, looking for the women who have strong personal styles.

Vanessa Hudgens, Reese Witherspoon, Cameron Diaz, Beyonce and Kim Kardashian also made the list.
