'Flash Forward' has a 'promising future'

LOS ANGELES In "Flash Forward," all of humanity loses consciousness for just over two minutes. When everyone comes to, the world is in chaos. And individually, many people realize they've had dreams that may actually be visions of the future.

/*Joseph Fiennes*/ plays an FBI agent whose team will spend the next six months trying to tie together the pieces to this time traveling puzzle.

There are plenty of secrets, but on this series they promise questions will be answered.

"There's closure on each episode, but there is also strands that will keep you riveted enough to come back for more," said Fiennes. "It's all about conflicts within, achieving your destiny or wanting to avoid your destiny."

/*John Cho*/ and /*Courtney B. Vance*/ are also members of the FBI team trying to unravel this puzzle. Both of these acting veterans think the future looks promising.

"Every time something different and amazing happens on TV it's a faith walk for viewers, writers, critics and audience members. But the payoff is huge," said Vance.

Watch "Flash Forward" Thursday nights at 8 p.m.
