Chris Brown faces new legal troubles

LOS ANGELES Brown is serving five years probation for assaulting ex-girlfriend Rihanna.

Now, a Los Angeles superior court judge warns that the singer may be on default after neither he nor a lawyer showed up for a hearing on a lawsuit filed by photographer Robert Rosen.

The photographer sued Brown and L.A. Fitness in May, alleging that he was assaulted by the singer's bodyguards as he snapped pictures of the celeb and others playing basketball at the company's Universal City gym.
