On Monday, their families reported them missing.
Park officials found them on Thursday afternoon, with the help of a park helicopter.
The men told rescuers they had become stranded on a ledge above a waterfall.
That waterfall is just a quarter mile from the village of Cedar Grove.
The men say they ate ants because they were nearly out of food. All three were said to be in good condition, although they were very hungry.
There's no word on how the three got lost.
