Marini dances over to 'Brothers & Sisters'

Hollywood Wrap with George Pennacchio
LOS ANGELES "Sex and the City" star /*Gilles Marini*/ has waltzed his way over to a new job with a featured role on the series, "Brothers & Sisters."

I recently caught up with Gilles and his co-star /*Rachel Griffiths*/.

Gilles and Rachel are about to start an on screen romance on "Brothers & Sisters." Griffiths first learned she was in for something special at Gelsons.

"I had these women come up to me and say, 'Oh my God! Congrats he is dreamy!'" said Griffiths. "Finally I rang Ken and asked what are people talking about? That's when he told me about Gilles. So his reputation preceded him."

But Gilles felt a bit of real life drama when he went to the show's first table read.

"I sat down and there was Rob, Calista and Sally," said Gilles. "I was just crooked. My heart was beating fast. I felt like I was gonna collapse, but they told me to relax."

"This is what's so great about Gilles, although the world knows he can dance, sing, looks beautiful he actually has the chops," said Griffiths. "And that's what's gonna be the great news for his fans."

Gilles' run with the Walker family begins Sunday at 10 p.m. on ABC7.
