Halloween flashlights overheat, recalled

LOS ANGELES They are flashlights sold with stencils and mini flashlights manufactured in China.

The company has received eight reports of the flashlights overheating and melting, including one report of burns to the hand.

Those who have the flashlights should stop using them immediately and return them to any Target store for a full refund.

The flashlights were sold at Target stores around the country between August 2009 and September 2009.
