Sheriff's investigators say a few minutes later he tried to lure a 16-year-old girl into the car.
Both girls described the suspect as a white man, about 20 to 30 years old with collar-length dirty blond hair and facial hair on his chin.
The vehicle is described as a bluish-green SUV with a black roof or a pick-up with a black camper shell.
