Police say two men were arguing when one of them pulled out a gun and shot the other in the head. The victim was taken to UCLA Medical Center where he underwent surgery.
A second person later turned up at St. Joseph's Hospital with a leg injury, although it is unclear if that person was injured in the same incident. That person was being treated as a possible suspect.
