Strawbridge said his site has about 225,000 registered users.
"They find deals and discounts and things just through their normal daily lives, and then they come to our site and share them on the Web site so other people can find them," he said.
There are plenty of other Web sites, such as promotionalcodes.com, couponwinner.com and couponalbum.com, that show you coupons and shipping codes. But Strawbridge says this year, with the economy still in the doldrums, consumers may see some of the best discounts ever, even without the codes.
While there are deeper discounts this year, they won't last as long. If you see something you want, don't wait to buy it.
"Retailers, last year, got caught with a lot of inventory. This year, they've made plans throughout the year to not have as much inventory on hand, but they want to try to sell it as early as they possibly can," Strawbridge said.
