LOS ANGELES --
Authorities Tuesday were working to track down two robbers who used the new Metro Gold Line Eastside Extension to get away.The Los Angeles Police Department and the L.A. County Sheriff's Department are working together to capture the suspect, who they say snatched someone's cell phone and took off.
The crime was reported along Central Avenue and Second Street at around 8 p.m. Monday.
Officials say the pair then boarded the train at the Little Tokyo/Arts District Station, and rode away.
The Metro Gold Line Eastside Extension opened to the public Sunday.
