Authorities said the suspect robbed a customer in the parking lot of a liquor store on the 11000 block of Rosecrans Avenue a couple weeks ago, demanding his wallet and his beer. Police said he lifted up his shirt and showed that he had a gun, and he was holding the boy in his arms during the entire incident.
The suspect fled in a dark-colored vehicle.
Authorities are very concerned about the child. The boy is described as Hispanic and between 4 to 6 years old.
