Mother, stepfather of murder suspect released

HEMET, Calif. The Riverside County District Attorney's office says no charges were filed against Jose and Maria Seym because of the ongoing investigation.

They were booked on Friday, accused of being accessories to the killing of 17 year old Adrian Rios. His charred remains were found in a shallow grave in the yard of the Hemet home the Seym's rented.

Rios, Jose Campos and his girlfriend, Felicia Sharp, all 17 were reported missing Nov. 16. Rios' remains were found two days later at the Campos' family home on Bluejay Way.

Investigators believe Campos shot Rios before the teen's body was burned, and the bulk of his remains were taken elsewhere.

Police do not believe the Seyms participated in the killing.
