Investigators say one of the suspects pulled the girl into his car and raped her. The teen was then driven back to the area of Cedar Avenue and Sixth Street and dropped off.
The first suspect is described as white, with a heavy build, wearing a beanie-style hat and jeans. The second suspect is described as white, in his mid 40s, with brown hair and eyes.
They were driving a newer model car, possibly a dark-colored Toyota Camry with a small dent to the driver's side door and tinted windows.
