Riverside District Attorney Rod Pacheco will preside over the 5 p.m. ceremony. He and family members of murder victims are set to speak during the solemn event.
On a news release announcing the unveiling of the wall, the DA's office compared the Victim's Wall to the Vietnam veterans' Memorial Wall, saying it will serve as a way to remember and pay tribute to victims of violent crime in Riverside County.
