Detectives say on November 23 Reliford and her boyfriend, Ealy Davis, Jr., were shot to death in Adelanto. In the weeks that followed, four suspects were arrested.
Smith is charged with the murders of Reliford and Davis as well as conspiracy to commit robbery.
