The chase led officers onto the northbound 710 Freeway, then on surface streets through the city of Commerce and eventually ending in East Los Angeles.
Police were able to stop the black vehicle using a PIT maneuver, and the driver was arrested and taken into custody without incident. The suspect's name has not been released.
