Oxnard shooting injures 2, suspects missing

OXNARD, Calif. Both men sustained non-life threatening gunshot wounds.

Just after 1 a.m., the men were at a party in the 2700 block of Detroit Drive and were standing in the street. Witnesses said the suspect was a passenger in a newer model gray Toyota Corolla, who shot at the men and then fled the scene.

One of the victims, a 19-year-old from Camarillo, was shot twice. The other, a 20-year-old of Oxnard was shot once. Both were taken to St. John's Regional Center, where they are in stable condition.
