I.E. man allegedly molested young neighbor

HOME GARDENS, Calif. Deputies said a neighbor took the female victim from a house on the 3700 block of Harvill Lane and molested her. The suspect has been identified as Jose Antonio Rosales Navarette.

Navarette is described as a Hispanic male, 5 feet, 7 inches tall, about 180 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. Deputies said he was last seen in a 1992 dark blue four-door Honda Civic, with the California license plate 3BFB596.
