All mandatory evacuation orders have been lifted. Residents can go back to their homes but are asked to remain cautious.
Paradise Valley
This remains the only active mandatory evacuation. Streets include: Ocean View Blvd from 5524 and north, Earnslow Drive, Normanton Drive, Bristow Drive, Derwood Drive, Manistee Drive, and Highrim Road.
La Canada, La Crescenta, Acton
Incident Commanders have lifted the mandatory evacuations for all of La Crescenta and Acton.
Mandaotry evacuation orders have also been lifted for La Canada Flintridge with the exception of the Paradise Valley Community. (Listed above)

Freeway and Street Closures:
Lake Elsinore
State Route 74 between San Juan Capistrano and Lake Elsinore has been closed because the Ortega Highway has washed out. California Highway Patrol officers say the twisting roadway has completely eroded away in storms.
Riverside
State Route 74 is closed between Hemet and the Route 243 junction south of Idyllwild, due to mudflows and rockslides.
Tujunga
Big Tujunga Boulevard has been closed due to mud.
Sierra Madre
Bailey Canyon Park, Mt. Wilson Trail, and Chantry Road are all closed until further notice.
Los Angeles
Chains are required on Big Pines Highway, between the Antelope Valley and Wrightwood, as snow is reported on the road above the 5,500-foot elevation.
Malibu
Northbound Topanga Canyon Boulevard has reopened at Grand View Drive and all strom debris has been cleared from the roadway.
Both sides of Malibu Canyon Road at Piuma Road are now open
Palm Springs
Indian Canyon Drive between Interstate 10 and Palm Springs due to flooding at the Whitewater Wash.
