On the 91 West Freeway and Alameda Street in Compton, the driver lost control of the car and spun out. No other vehicles were involved.
On the 110 North just south of the 10 Freeway in Los Angeles, a vehicle slid off the road and wound up on an embankment.
"So definitely drive under the speed limit, and just make sure you look when you change lanes, simple things like that, which is pretty much, slow down," said CHP officer Chavez.
A sign along the 210 Freeway alerted drivers of snow and fog as they head along the 15 Freeway through the Cajon Pass.
With more than 13 inches of rain so far this season, L.A. is already closing in on its annual norm of about 15 inches.
