City officials say the huge signs are a threat to public safety.
Setareh was jailed on $1 million bail and is scheduled to be arraigned on Monday.

LOS ANGELES 49-year-old Kayvan Setareh was arrested at his home Friday night. Setareh is accused of plastering an eight-story-high movie advertisement on a building at Hollywood and Highland for the film "How to Train Your Dragon."
