The Angeles Forest Highway, Big Tujunga Canyon Road and Upper Big Tujunga Canyon Road will be closed to all traffic except for emergency vehicles and public works personnel.
Residents from the burn area will not be permitted to use the roads until the closures are lifted.
Evacuations for residents in the burn areas may also be ordered.
Parking restrictions during the rain will be enforced on posted streets in La Canada Flintridge and La Crescenta.
