3 killed after fiery crash on 91 Freeway

ANAHEIM, Calif. According to authorities, a 1988 Mazda 626 was traveling eastbound on the 91 just east of Coal Canyon at 45 mph, when it suddenly made a hard left turn for unknown reasons at about 8:30 p.m.. The car crossed several lanes before colliding with a 2008 Chevy Silverado and bursting into flames.

Three people inside the car were killed. The driver of the Silverado and his passenger received minor injuries.

No further information was available on the accident. The names of the victims have not been released.
