"We want him back, we hope he's doing good," said Jenny Engelstad, Feed Barn manager.
The horse is 6 feet tall and 8 feet long, but only 40 pounds. The horse has stood in front of the store for more than 30 years.
"We actually have customers who come in, or people that aren't even customers come in from out of town or driving by, stop just to take their picture with him," Engelstad said.
Getting Trigger back is not just for sentimental reasons. The horse itself is valued at about $3,000, making the crime grand theft.
Police suspect more than one person is involved.
Engelstad said the horse has been stolen several times over the years, but he's always turned up.
"Just bring him back, no questions asked," she said. "I just want my horse back."
