Officers said they found a staggering amount of child pornography in his home, including tens of thousands of photographs, DVDs, books, cameras and camcorders with homemade videos.
Police also found binoculars in Biby's vehicle and tokens for games at Chuck E. Cheese. Investigators are now concerned there may be unidentified young victims.
Biby was previously convicted on charges of child molestation and production of child porn. Biby was locked up in lieu of $250,000 bail. He is expected to be arraigned Monday.
