Did serial killer murder TV host's son?

LOS ANGELES Adam was kidnapped from a Florida mall and decapitated. His father, John Walsh, later became the host of TV's "America's Most Wanted."

Adam's murder remained unsolved until 2008 when detectives announced that Otis Toole was the killer.

He confessed but later recanted. Now, a Miami Herald investigation suggests that police overlooked links between Adam Walsh and infamous serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer.

Witnesses say investigators dismissed their accounts, including one woman who says she saw Dahmer with Adam Walsh the day the boy disappeared.
