Attorney Brian Oxman says if paramedics had reached Jackson right away he could have been revived.
A witness report leaked last week says Murray stopped CPR on Jackson to collect drug vials at the scene. The coroner concluded the cause of Jackson's death was acute propofol intoxication.
Murray is due back in court Monday to have a date set for his preliminary hearing.
