Garden Grove Subway sandwich store robbed

GARDEN GROVE, Calif. Garden Grove Police say the man entered the business just prior to closing and demanded money from the employees inside of the store. The suspect told the employees that he had a handgun but never brandished it during the robbery. One of the employees gave the suspect an unknown amount of cash from the safe and the cash register. The male suspect then exited the location and fled in an older white sedan.

The suspect was described as a Hispanic of Caucasian male, 6 feet to 6 foot 2 inches tall, medium build with dark hair, and possibly in his late twenties.
