UCLA warned due to rash of sexual assaults

WESTWOOD Police said a female student was grabbed from behind and forced into an isolated location just this past week outside the Delta Terrace dorm. Her attacker threw her to the ground and straddled her, but then left abruptly.

The incident is the latest of five in the last month. The school has put fliers up around campus, but students admit it's sometimes easy to forget the danger.

"I've been a little wary of it, but sometimes when it's late and you just want to get home, you kind of forget about the fliers that you saw, and just start walking home alone," said UCLA student Hillary Jacobs.

Police do not believe any of the assaults are connected.
