The victim complied with their demand. Police say the three suspects then walked away on Telephone Road toward Saratoga Avenue.
Detectives say an eyewitness to the incident called police. A patrol officer, who was in the vicinity, located the suspects and chased them on foot. The two other suspects fled the scene and are now being sought by police.
The suspect arrested is a 17-year-old male juvenile. He was booked into juvenile hall for robbery and resisting arrest.
