Penn, Shakira visit Haitians in tent camps

PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti Some 50,000 people are currently living in a makeshift camp set up on a Port-Au-Prince golf course.

Penn's non-profit group has been a leader in getting food and aid to the camp. Shakira toured it with him on Sunday.

She's there searching for a location to build a school for needy children. Her Barefoot foundation provides nutrition to more than 6,000 children in Colombia, and she is member of the ALAS foundation that advocates for children across Latin America.

The two stars spoke about challenges confronting Haiti since the Jan. 12 disaster.
