Among those attending was Henry Nicholas who co-sponsored /*Marsy's Law*/, the /*California Crime Victim's Bill of Rights*/, which was named for his sister.
"This is just one state. We've got 49 other states, and we'd like to see Marsy's Law become not just part of the California constitution but we'd like to see it be the 28th amendment to the United States constitution," said Nicholas.
