Fishing boat runs aground off Huntington Beach

A 58-foot fishing boat ran aground near the Santa Ana River in Huntington Beach Tuesday morning.

A 58-foot fishing boat ran aground near the Santa Ana River in Huntington Beach Tuesday morning.All four people on board made it to dry land in good health.

The fishing boat is named The Pacific Bully.

The Coast Guard and the Harbor Patrol both sent ships to lend assistance.

They also called in a salvage crew.

Lifeguards say pulling the ship back into the water is impossible.

They're going to have to wait until the next high tide at 2:30 a.m. Wednesday.

No word yet on why the vessel went aground.
