Sex offender arrested for touching young girl

CRESTLINE, Calif. Witnesses reported David Ray Mills, 50, inappropriately touching a young girl in a /*Lake Gregory South Shore*/ parking lot. The 10-year-old was reportedly with Mills to go fishing. Mills is not related to the girl but knows the family.

Police interviewed witnesses and arrested Mills on charges of lewd acts with a child under 14 years of age. He was booked into the West Valley Detention Center.
