INGLEWOOD, Calif. --
Using DNA evidence, Inglewood police have arrested Donald Bridgewater in a 15 year old cold case.Bridgewater is charged with the murder of 71-year-old William Goins. Goins was found dead with multiple stab wounds in his Inglewood apartment in October 1995.
An arrest warrant was issued for Bridgewater after physical evidence from the crime scene was submitted for forensic DNA analysis. Investigators found a match.
Bridgewater is being held on $1 million bail.
