Wang was told numerous times that the female was 13-years-old. Investigators say Wang made arrangements to meet the 13-year-old with the intent of paying her to have sex with him. Wang drove his vehicle from his residence in Mission Viejo to Huntington Beach where he was arrested.
The specific location of the arrest and other details are not being released as this is an ongoing investigation.
Wang was booked on a long series of charges: communicating with a minor with intent to commit a lewd act, attempt oral copulation with a minor, sending harmful material to a minor, arranging to meet to conduct a lewd act and attempting to conduct a lewd act with a minor.
This is the fourth arrest made by Huntington Beach detectives over the past five months for subjects soliciting to have sex with a 13-year-old female found on Craigslist.com.
